Keystone Aspire offers 1:1 mentoring for young people aged 16+. These two-hour sessions aim to establish young people’s educational, professional and personal goals, while devising practical strategies for reaching them.
How the sessions work
Blending careful listening with practical advice, I help young people understand how their current passions and interests could translate into an area of study, or even a future career. together, we then devise practical strategies for achieving these goals. With other eight years experience in Higher Education, I have specialist expertise in the challenges that young people face. “Kathy discussed time management with me, methods for motivation, revision strategies and proactive ways to achieve my goals. Although I had never met Kathy before the day of our first mentoring session, I very quickly felt comfortable and relaxed with her. She is energetic and friendly and I feel like she has my best interests at heart“ (James Cockbain, aged 20)
