  • Alpaca trekking in Norfolk

This is arguably the most fun activity we have ever done together as a family. Taking an alpaca for a walk is rather like taking a very large dog for a stroll, only when it stops for a wee, you are there for absolutely ages! and you have to get used to rather loud noise they make intermittently, …rather like a “Humph!”. Our children are still taking about their Alpaca and wondering how they are getting on…. so repeat visit due sometime soon! Was particularly struck by how the alpacas automatically get into order of social hierarchy as they are about to march down the street. From memory, Eduardo was the most dominant! Warning: this activity is not for anyone who hates to be stared at in public!
